Child Therapy

In the process of growing up, children can experience difficulty coping at home, school, with divorce, trauma, or loss. Play is the child’s natural way of communicating just as talking is the adult’s natural way of communicating. When children can play out how they feel with a trained therapist in a safe and protected space they feel free to express their tensions, conflicts, and frustrations, which leads to emotional maturity, empowerment, healing, respect for others, and faith in themselves.

Family Therapy

Issues that impact the entire family are addressed to change unhealthy patterns and to assist family members in developing new skills. Family therapy explores self-defeating patterns, discipline, parenting style, co-parenting, and child development.   

Individual Therapy

Jungian psychotherapy seeks to restore the individual’s connection to the Self. This effort can be achieved through the therapeutic relationship, dream interpretation, active imagination, visualization and work with expressive therapies. People chose to come to therapy for a variety of reasons, including self growth and awareness. Common issues of concern are: depression, anxiety, loss of meaning in life, conflict in relationships, trauma, loss, life transitions, and spiritual crisis.
